Our Treatments
A Multi-Step System for Lasting Pain Relief.
RejuvaDisc combines four treatment pillars - Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Nutrition - to address the root cause of your pain and help your body heal.
Treatment 01
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression therapy is the safe, effective, and proven treatment for low back pain, neck pain, and related conditions such as sciatica. Using US FDA-cleared technology, computer-controlled traction forces gently distract targeted levels of the spine - reducing pressure on discs and nerves, stretching tight muscles and stiff ligaments, and creating the conditions for the disc to heal.
Why It Works When Other Treatments Have Failed
Traditional traction is rarely effective because when a disc is herniated or bulging, the surrounding muscles spasm to protect the area - making traction painful and counterproductive. Our decompression technology outwits this response. The computer monitors muscle activity in real time and adjusts the traction cycle to avoid triggering spasm. The result: the disc is gently decompressed, a negative intradiscal pressure is created, and the herniated or bulging material is drawn back toward the centre of the disc. Most patients feel only gentle pulling - and many fall asleep during sessions.

Important: Contraindications
Spinal decompression is not suitable for patients with fractures, tumours, advanced osteoporosis, surgical fusion in the area of pain, cancer that has spread to spinal bones, or during pregnancy. A full clinical assessment is conducted before any treatment begins. We only accept patients we are confident we can help.
Treatment 02
Specialist Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy service works in tandem with spinal decompression to restore movement, rebuild strength, and prevent recurrence. Using evidence-based manual therapy, corrective exercise, and neuromuscular rehabilitation, our specialist physiotherapists address the structural and functional causes of your pain.
Manual Therapy & Spinal Mobilisation
Hands-on joint mobilisation and spinal manipulation techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve spinal mechanics.
Core Strengthening & Exercise Rehabilitation
Individually prescribed exercise programmes targeting the deep stabilising muscles of the spine - building the structural support that protects the disc and prevents re-injury.
Dry Needling & Trigger Point Therapy
Precise intramuscular stimulation to release trigger points, reduce muscle tension, and restore normal neuromuscular function.
Sports Physiotherapy
Structured return-to-sport programmes for athletes recovering from spinal, disc, or musculoskeletal injuries.
Massage Therapy
Deep tissue and sports massage to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery - a core pillar of the RejuvaDisc multi-step system.
Nutrition & Supplementation Guidance
Nutritional support to promote disc regeneration, reduce inflammation, and support the body's natural healing mechanisms throughout your treatment programme.
Your Journey
What to Expect at RejuvaDisc
Book Appointment Now & MRI Review
We begin with a comprehensive assessment - reviewing your MRI or imaging, discussing your medical history, and evaluating your condition. We are thorough, efficient, and punctual. We know your time is valuable. If we don't feel we can help, we will refer you to someone who can.
Personalised Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, we design a structured multi-step programme specifying the number of decompression sessions, physiotherapy, massage, and any nutritional support required. You will understand exactly what we are doing and why.
Active Treatment Phase
Decompression sessions are conducted under specialist supervision. Most patients report relief within the first few sessions - many fall asleep during treatment. Progress is monitored and parameters adjusted throughout. Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes.
Rehabilitation & Discharge
As decompression concludes, physiotherapy and core strengthening consolidate your recovery. You leave with a structured home exercise programme and the knowledge to maintain your spinal health long-term.
